Enterprise Data Engineering (Automation track)
The Enterprise Data Engineering (EDE) team is part of the Enterprise Data and Delivery Transformation (ED&DT) department and is responsible for building data and analytical ecosystem for various product teams within The Standard.
The EDE team is a group of 17 engineers across Data Engineering, Cloud Automation Engineers/ Site Reliability Engineers (SRE), and Software Developers in Test (SDET) that are focused on the ingestion of data into the Azure Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) and building, enhancing and maintaining data products for The Standard.
The intern will be a member of this team with a focus on developing and optimizing Data management capabilities and services. They will:
Develop automated testing integrated into our continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous test (CI/CD/CT) pipelines
The EDE Team stive to create an environment where the Intern is not just learning, but also helping the team add value to the business functions. Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
