Breath Alcohol Technicians and
DOT-certified drug screen collectors for the City of Chicago and its Metropolitan Suburbs.
Must have 2 Year experience in Mobile BAT Trained and Drug-Screen Collections
Available for scheduled and unscheduled 24/7 (emergency) collections
Position: Independent Contractor 1099.
Pay: Based On Completed Services.
Requirements:
- Certified in DOT Breath Alcohol Testing. (BAT)
- Certified in DOT urine drug screen collection.
- Available for scheduled and unscheduled 24/7 (emergency) collections.
- Must be dependable, and detail-oriented with good penmanship and great customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and high-speed internet access are a must.
- All positions are independent-contracting positions.
- Must Pass background check & Drug screen will be run.
- Liability coverage is extended under our umbrella liability policy.
