A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SETUPS PERSON

As a Setups Person, you are the wizard behind the curtain. Our clients might not meet you face to face, but you play a key role in helping their hiring run smoothly. Since you work from home, your fully remote job is an easy commute. You simply log on and get to work setting up new clients in our system, opening job ads, and closing them out when the talent a company needs has been found.

Using your excellent data entry skills, you work in a variety of other areas within our system to ensure that our clients have the access and tools they need. If you ever have questions, your supportive team is only a chat away, and they are happy to help. You enjoy your rapport with them and take pride in using your skills to make life easier for our great clients. This is why you can't wait to log onto work every day!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SETUPS PERSON

• Basic computer skills, including data entry and internet research
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform some repetitive tasks

WORK SCHEDULE

Although there is a lot of flexibility and the exact schedule can be negotiated, you would need to work at least 30 hours per week and meet deadlines. There are also meetings and communications that take place during normal business hours.
