The Retail Pricing Analyst is responsible for collaborating with business leadership to develop analytics, modeling, reporting and recommendations to increase sales and profit within our eCommerce (Consumer Markets) space. This role will focus on unlocking insights from data to deliver value for the business. Being able to build strong working relationships with internal customers will be key to achieving success. A successful candidate will have strong business and technical experience and a proven track record in developing pricing models, building price reports and managing complex analytical processes. Excellent attention to detail and structured thinking are key to the successful execution of pricing strategy in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain and execute data models and analytics that directly contribute to financial goals

• Play a significant role in Retail National Accounts pricing events and adhocs

• Create reporting for Sales and leadership

• Research account details to ensure accurate execution of pricing

• Provide Consumer Markets Decision Science and Analytics support

• Partner with Sales, PSSP, Marketing, and other Consumer Markets teams to achieve shared goals

• Analyze prices, handling fees, contracts, sales, and other key data to unlock value for the business

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience

Critical Skills:

• 2+ years of experience with financial analysis

• 1+ years of experience working with (or supporting) eCommerce pricing analytics

• 1+ years of experience with SQL, data extraction methodologies, relational and dimensional database methods

• 1+ years of data visualization and reporting (Looker ML, Power BI, Excel, Visual Basic)

• Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Strong experience in evaluating complex business problems, identifying a solutions, creating and persuasively presenting solutions to management

• Manage competing priorities with excellent follow up and attention to detail

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills working with cross functional teams

Additional Skills:

• Attention to detail and demonstration of quick follow-up to study needs

• Outstanding commitment to quality

• Experience in healthcare and/or eCommerce is a strong plus

Education:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred: Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Science
