The Role:
COMPLY is seeking a strategic and accomplished Marketing Manager—Demand Generation to join our dynamic and growing organization! This person will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing and is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and managing multi-channel marketing programs to drive demand generation. Key responsibilities for this role include cultivating and driving demand generation, managing lead generating events, leading content syndication efforts, and building brand awareness to deliver revenue growth across COMPLY.
Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing initiatives across COMPLY including Go to Market (GTM) launches, demand generation strategy, and campaign management.
- Conceptualize, execute, and manage demand generating marketing programs utilizing various channels: including email, content marketing, advertising, events, social, marketing operations, sales collaboration, and more to establish growth strategies to support the combined organizations’ revenue goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the marketing team, sales enablement, ops, and other subject matter experts and business stakeholders to manage and execute program deliverables that drive engagement, qualified leads, influenced pipeline and closed-won business.
- Own lead generating in-person and online event marketing and production including educational webinars, co-sponsored partner webinars, speaker engagement, & annual COMPLY company events.
- Maintain a multi-channel marketing calendar and program plan to ensure alignment and collaboration across marketing.
- Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition and content syndication programs.
- Project manage Go to Market (GTM) product launches from a marketing perspective including organizing team kickoffs and ensuring departmental tasks are in progress to meet launch deadlines.
- Prepare and present recommendations based on reports, and findings from marketing programs.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years’ growth marketing/performance marketing experience with direct experience in B2B SaaS companies.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years’ experience with planning and executing in-person and online marketing events including educational webinars, co-sponsored partner webinars, speaker engagement, & annual COMPLY company events
- Demonstrated history of driving direct impact to key business metrics with samples and results of past campaigns.
- Passion for and deep understanding of data and the ability to efficiently access and analyze data needed.
- Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnel management.
- Competent in marketing areas including strategy, account based-marketing, lead nurturing, demand generation and content creation.
- B2B marketing in a SaaS or high-tech organization preferred (financial services compliance marketing industry experience is a plus!).
- Deep understanding of how to manage and optimize the lead handoff from marketing to sales.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Team player and problem solver.
- Strong collaborative and cross-functional interpersonal skills.
- Bonus if you’re proficient utilizing Hubspot and Salesforce(not required)!

The compensation range for this role is specific to the United States and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role would be $90,000-$105,000 plus applicable bonus/benefits offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company.
