In bound call center Customer Service. Providing first level support
Skills Required
Inbound customer service. Strong customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills, including active listening; and effective verbal and written skills.
The individual must have demonstrated PC proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows
Skills Preferred
In bound customer service or collections.
Experience Required
One year of experience in assisting customers within a call center environment.
Education Required
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED

This is NOT a remote position. This is a FT M-F 8-5 job working in the office
