Looking for an on-site inside sales representative for a growing company based in Goodyear, AZ. Role is a 4 month contract to hire. Pay ranges from $20.50-$24, great entry level role. Apply if interested.

Located in Goodyear, this is a software technology company focused on providing payment solutions to businesses in the automotive marketplace. We have more than 18,000+ locations using our software to process payments and increase revenue via our integrated solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Inside sales has one goal – Top Line Revenue Growth. We’re focused on adding new accounts and driving revenue for the company. On the inside sales team, you’ll be following up on inbound leads and closing new business.

• Work the phones and close sales
• Follow up with inbound leads
• Offer fantastic solutions that our prospects want, need, and actually use!
• Meet and exceed sales quotas

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

What You Need:

• A positive attitude and a desire to achieve results
• A desire to build a career in sales
• Ability to navigate search engines, CRM’s, and other basic computer functions
• Sales experience is preferred but we can teach you to sell
• The ability to actively listen, seek information, ask questions, and solve problems

Ideal Candidates:

• Recent graduates who are trainable/moldable, want to grow with the organization and build a career there, ability to take instruction and also work independently to create their own solutions.
• Strong customer service (ie. worked in retail or customer facing jobs in the past)
• Self-starter, motivated and has initiative
• Money motivated, will start having the opportunity to earn commissions after 3 months
