Sawtooth Physical Therapy is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic team player to join us as a Front Office Coordinator! This full time position (30-40 hours/week) is located at our spacious, light-filled North Meridian clinic.
Responsibilities and Duties
The primary responsibility of the Front Office Coordinator is to provide an exceptional patient experience. Specific duties include scheduling patients, managing incoming calls and referrals, scanning/organizing documents, and supporting our Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists. The Front Office Coordinator works closely with a variety of individuals on our staff, as well as physician offices and insurance companies.
