We are seeking a motivated and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting. They will work closely with our leadership team to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to support decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Direct Leadership of major accounting tasks in support of the CFO.
• Prepare weekly account payable in Bill.com.
• Process bi-weekly timecard and payroll in Paylocity.
• Process weekly credit card activities in QBO.
• Process weekly sales in QBO/Netsuite.
• Prepare weekly refund sheet in Google Sheet.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly reports (Excel)
• Reconcile monthly sales tax information
• Assist in the annual audit process
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• As least 2 years experience in accounting or related field
• Experience with accounting software (QBO, Bill.com, Paylocity, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
• Comfort in working in a remote team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus
• Experience with accounting for a business that sells physical goods/inventory is a plus
