Our Governance teams need to take care of a complex workflows without customer friction. Within this domain we have teams working on a couple of topics:

• Giving customers insight and management of the licenses and resources purchased and used

• Giving customer easy management of access control of platform users

• Giving customers the ability to manage their users and application landscape in a self service manner

• Enabling friction-less authentication and authorisation across our platform for our customers

You will be working on/in our self service portal. Our teams are independent but alignment is needed as topics have overlap. You will be able to interact and work closely with the other teams within our Governance domain.

We do drink our own champagne so knowledge or interest to work with the Mendix low-code stack is part of the job.

You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by:

• Assuring that our Control Center portal runs smoothly. It's an integral part of customer offering and our main governance portal

• Conquering technical challenges by finding innovative solutions. You'll have the opportunity to harness all your skills to make a difference in your role

• Always have a customer-first approach

• Have a high standard of quality, this is non-optional for you

We’re looking for you if:

• You have 3 to 5+ years of software development experience with Java; good to have Go or Python

• Good knowledge in a microservice architecture: API design, fail over, database design"

• You understand the DevOps mindset: you build it, you run it

• You're passionate about code and know how to lead by example

• You have a home address within the Randstad area in the Netherlands or are open to relocate to the Netherlands.

• Able to or willing to learn Mendix low-code application development. Twenty to thirty per cent of your time will be Mendix development

• Able to find the right tool/language for the problem. Currently, we work in Go, Python and Java

Even better (but not essential!) if you have experience with:

• Containerization technology and orchestration, e.g. Kubernetes/Docker & CloudFoundry

• Worked with Agile framework
