Description:

• 5 plus years’ experience as a Commercial Service Plumber
• Must have experience performing Commercial Plumbing Service work in office buildings, medical and healthcare facilities, industrial and manufacturing facilities, distribution/fulfillment centers, high-rise residential buildings, HOAs, multi-family homes, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, flush valves, instant hot water heaters, etc.
• Drain cleaning and jetting experience required
• Ability to work on water, irrigation, and gas piping, including PVC, copper, black pipe, and galvanized pipe
• Experience working on pump systems, including recirculation pumps, booster pumps, and sump pumps (duplex and triplex systems)
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial application water heaters and/or boilers
• Must be able to work a rotating 24 Hr. Service Schedule for one week every six weeks (includes extra pay for each call)
• Must be able to safely operate a service truck, which must be stored at home in a safe area such as home driveway or garage (no street parking)
• Must be able to work nights and weekends when projects require
• Willingness to work overtime is highly desirable
• Experience dealing with commercial environment customers is a must, so we ask that you are personable and presentable
