Job Title: Office Manager

Mentor-Up Collective Life Lab and Clinic is an up-and-coming healthcare clinic in Tuscaloosa, Alabama . that caters to Veterans and Primary Health needs. We are urgently hiring for an Office Manager who will be responsible for managing clinic operations, supervising administrative staff, and supporting our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
Managing clinic operations and supervising administrative staff
Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
Ensuring compliance with all healthcare laws and regulations
Managing patient records and electronic health records
Coordinating patient appointments and managing patient schedules
Responding to patient inquiries and addressing patient concerns
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Managing vendor relationships and ordering office supplies as needed
Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other healthcare software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for providing exceptional patient care and supporting our Veterans and community
