Job Description:

• Collects all necessary information from potential clients in regards to event details and logistics
• Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner
• Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records and completes required documentation
• Coordinate and schedule site visits between the client and managerial staff
• Create CAD renderings and floor plans based on guest count, activity and design aesthetic
• Ensure all tent installations are properly permitted
• Developing relationship between venue coordinators, caterers, and event planners
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong customer service focus
• Maintain professional standards of integrity and honesty in representing Pranzi Tents and Events

Requirements:

• Strong communication and verbal skills with customer service background
• Strong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize certain needs and projects within the work day
• Excellent organizational skills
• Critical attention to detail
• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and inventory software (preferable Point of Rental)
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time

Educations, Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, event planning, or tenting
• A high school diploma or equivalent, GED, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively
• Ability to interpret directions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
• Attention to detail
• Rental industry experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
