GENERAL PURPOSE: Human Resources Clerk/Receptionist
Under the supervision of the Human Resources Director, this position performs clerical and office duties for the Human Resources Department while covering the Corporate Reception Area.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Human Resources Clerk/Receptionist
- Greets visitors of Corporate Office
- Distributes incoming corporate mail
3.) Employment verifications responds to requests and creates employment verification letters.
4.) Takes, distributes and makes calls and take messages as needed
5.) Types letters, memorandums and reports as needed
- Prepares new employee orientation packets and insurance packets
- Distributes documents as directed
- Assist with interviews as needed
- Meets quality control benchmarks
- Responsible for distributing, monitoring and maintaining the Name Badge/Key entries. Including but not limited terminating access, monitoring access to Ampla Healths buildings (as needed) reporting lost/stolen and maintaining reports for replacing Name Badge/Keys. Collects cash payments and providing receipts.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of employee data
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Human Resources Clerk/Receptionist
- High school graduate with a minimum of one year of clerical experience Good written and verbal communication
- Literate in Microsoft Word and knowledge of Excel programs
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the departments issues
- Ability to interact with management and staff in a professional manner
- Ability to perform duties based on the attached performance evaluation factors
- Demonstrate clear knowledge of Ampla Healths clinic structure, standards, procedures and protocols
COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS: Human Resources Clerk/Receptionist
- Must have neat and legible handwriting
- Must be able to interact with patients courteously and calmly
- Ability to communicate well with the public
