JOB SUMMARY
Will carry out all day-to-day responsibilities regarding the maintenance, construction, safety, and repair of all terminals, ensure regulatory compliance for all locations and to have responsibility for all facility lease agreements. Work closely with the terminal managers, finance, labor and safety personnel to ensure that all facility related activities directly support the company’s operations and cost expectations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Eight (8) or more years of practical knowledge and experience in building systems, construction techniques, facility maintenance coordination, contract negotiations, vendor negotiations, and budgeting.
Effective organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Two (2) years supervisory experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Travel requirement is 15%.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
