Must have an outgoing and respectful personality, must be a fast learner, and MUST be able to work well with others.
Must have a professional, clean & neat appearance and attitude.
Must be responsible and trustworthy with strong and effective communication skills. Good decision making making and problem solving on the fly are a must. Strong attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
Prior experience in a high volume setting preferred.
Duties include:
-Greet customers within a timely fashion
-Handling food and beer orders effectively
-Acquire Strong menu knowledge including craft beer and wine offerings
-Ability to up-sell products using suggestive approach without sounding pushy
-Knowledgeable in money handling
-Providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring guest satisfaction
-General cleaning of bar and restaurant
-Must obtain alcohol server certification within 30 days of hire
