Administrative Assistant

Location: Santa Clarita

Summary:

This position is full-time and requires working in our Santa Clarita office 5 days a week. As an Administrative Assistant, you will support out HR team with various tasks. You will be responsible for preforming basic office duties as well as transferring, updating, and maintaining documents in various databases. The Administrative Assistant will be reporting to the Human Resources Director alongside various staff to support and ensure the efficient operation of office.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answers phone calls and transferring to the correct representative
  • Performs administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Accurately sorts and organizes documents electronically and manually
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Assists in providing information by answering questions and requests
  • Assists in screening, and arranging interviews for various job openings
  • Performs monthly audits to ensure documents are up to date
  • Assists office staff with handling multiple projects
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish a must
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Canyon Country, CA 91387: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
