Job Details

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for a variety of machines/manufacturing processes using SolidWorks/CAM software.
• Optimize machining processes to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work with machinists, operators, quality control personnel, product design, engineering and other departments.
• Perform tooling and fixturing design and selection.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all production processes and changes made.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes that comply with quality standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to machine operators and other personnel as needed.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues, and recommend solutions to resolve problems.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
