This position requires someone to be able to move WITH pallet jack assistance up/down a ramp, to load and unload a High-top Sprinter Van. MUST be able trip plan and manage time to safely drive to make ON TIME pickups and deliveries across the US and remain in a safe work attire and have a professional and courteous attitude. Routes generally remain Eastern US but may travel anywhere if the $$$ makes sense for Van, Driver, and Company. Driver MUST have DEPENDABLE transportation to and from home to work vehicle location. Driver is preferred to live within a 30 mile radius to Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. OVER-THE-ROAD (OTR) means drivers can expect to be out around 3-5 DAY intervals USUALLY with 1-2 days off in between. Additional reasonable requests are not generally rejected but a pattern may result in termination of contract because each driver will be assigned to a van, and when the van isn't moving because the driver won't move then the company and van both lose money. Potential driver is required to be able to follow given directions precisely. ***PRIOR OTR EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED*** Most drivers average $700 - $1,500 weekly. Payday is EVERY Friday by company check but if driver is on the road on payday we will accommodate. ***REQUIREMENTS*** CLEAR 3-year MVR, valid driver's license (Must have held DL for at least two (2) past consecutive years), MINIMUM 25 YEARS OLD.
