Treatment Coach
Serenity Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and driven Treatment Technician for our Phoenix-Gilbert office. TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) is an innovative, non-invasive, and targeted treatment for symptoms with mental health. Job:
Full-time (Afternoon Shift)
Shift Schedule:
Monday-Friday (1:30 pm-9 pm)

Other Responsibilities
- Support patients during treatment using positive communication and reinforcement to ensure optimal results.
- Educate patients about maintaining healthy lifestyles.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
- Follow implemented protocols.
- Other duties as needed to support our patients.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable as situations may require.
- Reliability with scheduled shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- An associates degree in communications, marketing, business, or pre-med from an accredited university or equivalent experience in related field.
- Previous customer service experience highly desired.
