Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Active Directory & Group Policy, DNS & DHCP
• Maintain and troubleshoot virtual server environment, VMware and Hyper-V
• Maintain & Configure server OS (Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019)
• Network Management for Cloud & Local infrastructure across client sites
• Advanced Exchange & Email troubleshooting, MFA, DMARC & DKIM, send/delivery errors,
• Office 365 Email Migrations & Maintenance
• Backup and DR solutions: restoring files & servers
• Advanced troubleshooting & configuration of switches, firewalls, & wireless solutions.
• PC support & end user troubleshooting requests. VPN/Remote connectivity,

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Update & Maintain internal Ticketing System, Documentation software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work effectively & communicate in a team environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Ontech funded training, certification courses, & continuing education is required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
