Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Primary leadership role between the Delivery Project Executive and delivery services squad(s)
  • Point of contact for the services performed by a defined services delivery squad(s)
  • Manages all escalations, client contact requirements, and ensure services coverage by the squad
  • Ensures consistent services delivery meets the committed client quality outcomes, metrics and expectations for the services scope of the squad (relevant SLAs etc.)
  • Maintains the flow of work and manage all backlogs and they set priorities for the squad while working to remove hurdles and bottlenecks to work execution
  • Manages CRM and delivery MSAC processes ensuring compliance postures
  • Runs Agile ceremonies and iterate delivery for the squads seeking constantly to improve the outcomes of the squad

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $147,990 to $295,980 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Interact with our ServiceNow Development team to manage the project
  • Participate in review process
  • Ensure best practices are followed and ensure out of the box solutions are utilized with minimum customization
  • Develop standardized approach to deliver GTM elements that may include consultative workshops, reference materials, partner engagements, linkages to other Kyndryl programs
  • Manage inter-dependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks, and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and that key performance indicators are monitored and evaluated
  • Drive and evaluate operational performance outcomes which contribute to the achievement of the overall client success
  • Foster a culture which drives and encourages high performance, collaboration, agility, and accountability in the delivery of outcomes aligned with the Engagement Squad’s strategy
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the team, monitoring performance, fostering ongoing professional development and ensure staff have the knowledge and skills to achieve their work objectives in alignment with the Process Squad and overall organizational values
  • Anticipating and responding to challenges which may impede effective delivery against strategic objectives, including identifying mechanisms to mitigate risks

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, or development methods
  • 3+ years of experience with Web development, including (X)HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, or Angular and back-end technologies, including JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion
  • Experience with ServiceNow CMDB administration
  • Experience with implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, jQuery, or Prototype libraries, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of SOAP and REST Web services
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Application Developer Certification
  • 5+ years experience building and managing strategic at-scale implementation capabilities
  • 3+ years experience in technology transformation, with experiences in cloud-led technology change program(s) in a leadership capacity
  • Proven internal and external track record of relationship management, strong communication skills, teamwork, presentation, organization
  • Experience collaborating with and interacting with senior leadership (e.g. CxO’s)
  • Able to multi-task and organize workload for effective implementation
  • Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Serve as an effective team leader
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Able to analyze complex situations and recommend solutions

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT discipline
  • Successfully lead and delivered IT projects
