Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate solar sales advisor to join our growing solar installation company. As a solar sales advisor, you will have the first contact with our customers, providing them with information about our products and the benefits of going solar. Your duties will include analyzing the needs of the customer, calculating resources, preparing quotes and demonstrating our products. You also deliver sales pitches and presentations in response to inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
1- Understand customers needs, priorities, properties, and whether they are a good fit for solar.
2- Provide residential solar sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients remotely and in person appointments.
3- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across the full sales cycle.
4- Provide valuable strategy and information to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
5- Work with customers to gather the appropriate, required information to generate solar quotes.
6- Attend sales meetings and industry events to stay informed about new products, sales techniques, financial products, and industry developments.
7- Drive an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
8- Cultivate ongoing relationships with decision makers from initial contact to closed sale.
9- Explain the process for going solar and act as the primary point of contact for each step along the way, including multiple bid comparisons.
Requirements:
*- Candidate should have minimum associate degree
*- Able to display confidence, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
*- Capable leader with excellent problem solving abilities.
