Pizza perfection in 160 seconds. Rise Pies was created with two simple goals. First, we create top quality pizzas using fresh ingredients and home-made recipes. Then we bake it and serve it fresh and piping hot from our 600 degree WoodStone ovens. Rise Pies found great inspiration in our hometown of Youngstown, Ohio

CREW
Crew members are to strive to deliver a quality guest experience on behalf of Rise Pies, by prepping, making and serving their products in appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks.

• Prepare, make and serve pizzas and other products by Rise Pies
• Responsible for greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner.
• Able to answer any questions regarding the products being served
• Handling transactions appropriately
• Responsible for a clean and safe workplace
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Help maintain stock and inventory

SHIFT LEADER
The Shift Leader’s responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety within the Rise Pies store.

• Supervise daily and assigned shifts.
• Responsible for creating shifts
• Prepare, make and serve pizzas as well as other products by Rise Pies
• Clean equipment and workplace when necessary

Help manage daily labor controls and costs

• Audit all paperwork
• Assists with any maintenance activities
• Assists with guest comments, complaints and concerns.
• Help with the training of crew members
• Ensures proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Opens and closes the restaurant when needed.
• Encourage positive attitude and motivation with employees
• Provide feedback on the progress towards the stores goals
