Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Performs varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems through the effective use of available technical resources, per contracted service level agreements
  • May also perform installs, moves, adds and change (IMAC) activities, as well as data backup and restore on certain accounts, for clients
  • Resolves problems and performs IMACs within Service Level Agreement objectives (SLA), and completes all related administrative duties
  • Understands the local and regional infrastructure and key contacts in the other competencies, i.e. network team, server admin, etc., in order to ensure that the proper team is aware of, and taking action on the problem

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $36,600 to $53,260 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Knowledge of Desktop IMAC for PC's and Mac workstations
  • Knowledge of remote takeover for end user support
  • Apply knowledge of communication and professionalism with focus on SLA's and customer satisfaction

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Experience with setting up and supporting Windows 10, Office 365, and Apple MacOS and iOS products
  • Experience with Service Now ticketing system
  • Prior experience supporting WPP customer preferred
