What You Will Do:
As a Senior Business Analyst you will work with primary and management customers to understand and explain business and technical issues, respond and manages to user problems, explain new technologies, and present deliverables. Mentors less-experienced analyst roles.
Responsibilities:
Analyzes a chain of events and applies technical knowledge following established procedures.- Participates in design, contributing technical insights and ideas. Helps formulate project scope and objectives.
- Writes documentation of a new or proposed system. Shares knowledge effectively within the work team, creates training materials and delivers training.
- Successfully troubleshoots most applications and integration problems independently.
- Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
- Influence management stakeholders to support business projects
- Assist with team management for components of projects
- Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
- Test business processes with technology implementations and recommend improvements
- Create component of roadmaps and convert roadmap features into user stories
- Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
- Identify automation opportunities
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand performance metrics
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Develop and maintain reporting tools
- Collaborate with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
Complexity of Work:
The role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.- Collaboration with multiple cross-functional team members and stakeholders, which requires excellent communication skills.

Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
What You Will Need:
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
- Salesforce Administration Certification preferred
- 3 years of information technology experience
- 3 years experience in Salesforce applications and hospital healthcare systems.
- 3 years experience using Salesforce to develop client or business solutions.
- 5 years leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 3 years experience working with a non-Information Technology group performing Business Analyst tasks.
- 2 years experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls.
- 2 years experience leveraging and configuring AppExchange products to develop a solution.
- 2 year experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams.
