Job Description
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for everyone who visits our stores. Through training and personal development, we’ll equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to confidently recommend the right tech products and solutions for each customer. By creating a great shopping experience and inspiring people with what’s possible, you’ll help us enrich lives through technology.
What you’ll do

Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner

Serve as a brand ambassador by bringing your passion for people and technology together to serve our customers

Recommend products and solutions that meet customers’ needs.

Assist customers with their purchases, returns and exchanges

Apply the appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development

Maintain merchandising and ensure your department is clean and well stocked
