Salary: $54,031 - $68,576

Grade: 15

The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time position as a Research Project Manager in the division of Mental Health Data Science. S/he will assist Division Administrator with day-to-day administrative and grant management tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Research Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist Division Administrator on the hiring and onboarding process
  • Assist Division Administrator on pre-award and post-award duties (updating other support pages and putting together subcontracts)
  • Assist with procurement duties such as process reimbursements for division staff and placing division orders
  • Fulfill division requests such as facilities maintenance tickets and staff administrative needs (obtaining UNIs/ID badges/emails/conference registrations/etc.)
  • Coordinate meetings and division presentations

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree, OR

A High School Diploma and two years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent computer skills in a Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat

Good communication skills and ability to multitask
