Registered Nurse - Case Manager | Day shift, $51.50/Hour ($1,854/Weekly) | Snellville, GA 30078-2195

Pay and hours for Registered Nurse:

• The contract is for 13 weeks.
• Day shift, 7:00am-7:00pm
• Rate: $1,854.00/weekly.
• Will float Within facility and to sister campus if needed.
• Expected to work 2 out of 3 major holidays if needed.

Requirements for Travel RN – Case Manager :

• Minimum of 2 years current experience,
• Must have strong Discharge planning experience.
• Active license is a MUST.
• COVID19 vaccinated is a MUST.
• REQUIRED SKILLS: BCLS, High Risk Intervention Patient Vulnerability or Safety Risk, conduct initial evaluations, develop plan of care, coordinate home care services, participates in care conference activities, refers to Rehab/LTAC, discharge summaries, & documentation of care delivery, plan, goals, etc.
