Description:
This is a fully remote role that requires a highly motivated, results-oriented individual who is capable of working independently and within a team. The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in project and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT programs and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of PLM integration projects, software implementation projects, and other IT projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of PLM integration projects and software implementation projects with a focus on meeting project goals, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communication plans.
- Work with stakeholders to identify project requirements and prioritize project deliverables.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Manage the project team, including system integrators and other vendors, to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change logs.
- Monitor and report project progress against project plans and budget.
- Provide regular project status updates to executive leadership.
- Support financial analysis on large projects, tracking and managing project spend, and ensuring project costs are within budget.
- Implement and evaluate PMO processes and procedures, including maintaining PMO best practice tools and documentation.
- Work in a cross-functional work environment, collaborating with other teams and departments as needed.
- Lead, direct, measure, and report on project performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT programs and projects.
- Experience with PLM or other product lifecycle management tools, Daptiv, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with IT costing and budgeting.
- Strong financial management skills, including tracking and managing spend and ensuring costs are within budget.
- Experience working and presenting to executive leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- PMP certification is a plus.
