MARS Solutions Group is recruiting for Project Manager for our valued partner in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a fully remote role.

Description:

This is a fully remote role that requires a highly motivated, results-oriented individual who is capable of working independently and within a team. The successful candidate will have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in project and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT programs and projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of PLM integration projects, software implementation projects, and other IT projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of PLM integration projects and software implementation projects with a focus on meeting project goals, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communication plans.
• Work with stakeholders to identify project requirements and prioritize project deliverables.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Manage the project team, including system integrators and other vendors, to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change logs.
• Monitor and report project progress against project plans and budget.
• Provide regular project status updates to executive leadership.
• Support financial analysis on large projects, tracking and managing project spend, and ensuring project costs are within budget.
• Implement and evaluate PMO processes and procedures, including maintaining PMO best practice tools and documentation.
• Work in a cross-functional work environment, collaborating with other teams and departments as needed.
• Lead, direct, measure, and report on project performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT programs and projects.
• Experience with PLM or other product lifecycle management tools, Daptiv, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with IT costing and budgeting.
• Strong financial management skills, including tracking and managing spend and ensuring costs are within budget.
• Experience working and presenting to executive leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
