Production Superintendent

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

• Supervises, coordinates, and prioritizes activities of production personnel to meet customer, plant, and management requirements.
• Ensures effective use of manpower. Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
• Ensures that accurate production, quality and timekeeping records are kept by subordinate supervisors.

This full-time, salary, role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Operations Manager.

Required experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university.
• Five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
