Lead the activities related to the purchase of material, material planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Honeywell Aerospace. You will lead development of AOP and STRAP, works autonomously to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will act as a proven team leader for teams with individual contributors and managers. You would be accountable for and able to lead complex global project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams
  • Optimize Material management procedures
  • Ownership and Improvement of Operating System Maturity
  • Monitor material plans in alignment with demand and financial requirements
  • Manage coordination of recovery plans between procurement and the production schedule
  • Engaged in SIOP process / key focus on inventory management
  • Material Scheduling and Master Production Schedule Management
  • Oversee new production introduction (NPI) activities
  • Develop talent on the team
  • Health, Safety, and Environment compliance
  • Deliver on ISC and GBE business objectives
  • Lead team to deliver on KPIs

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of ISC experience, and/or Customer experience, and/or project management experience.

  • Experience in Materials management or Operations
  • Good knowledge within material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Lead and solve complex organizational problems
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Expertise on leading / driving change, and mentor for new leaders or peers
  • Expertise across professional disciplines within material management function
  • Mentor new leaders or peers
