Job Description

LER TechForce is looking for a Product Manager that has a strong background or expertise in electrical distribution or wire harnesses. This role requires someone that has industry experience with leading best to market practices, product strategy, or product management of electrical systems, distribution or wire harnesses. We are not looking for product engineers for this role.

The role is based in Metro Detroit and will require the person to work a hybrid schedule. The role offers one of the most generous benefits programs in Detroit and a highly competitive salary. For this role, sponsorship is allowed but the candidate must be in Metro Detroit or relocate to Metro Detroit.

The Role:

  • The Electrical Distribution Product Manager will lead and support the development and execution of wire-related strategy projects to support E-Systems' long term objectives

  • Build and refine business cases that identify profitable growth opportunities

Your Qualifications:

  • Background in management consulting or related field
  • High proficiency in Power Point and Excel
  • Experience in synthesizing complex information for product strategy creation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make presentations to all levels of management and executives
  • Business acumen – ability to put technical and strategic questions in a business framework and vice versa
  • Technical Aptitude –ability to understand and be inquisitive about technology
  • People Skills – Ability to connect with people and create insights from those interactions

  • Master's in Business Administration or similar field
  • Electrical Distribution Systems experience
  • Automotive industry experience

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
