How You Can Help

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work with the residents of a senior living community that offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. Therapy services for these residents are covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.

The Impact You Can Make

As a PTA, you will be responsible for providing, under the direction of a physical therapist, therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. You will also contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving in accordance with company-wide policies and clinical initiatives, to optimize each patient's functional well-being and satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (New Grads Welcome)
• Current PTA state licensure
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• A results-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• A tech-savvy skillset with the ability to learn quickly
• A sense of professional curiosity, with a desire to learn new things, and to find/recommend solutions to problems
