Wellness Works Medical Billing (medical billing agency) part of Wellness Works Management Partners (Deconstructed MSO) and, Fly High Business Builders Organization, is on a mission to redefine the way that healthcare is delivered so that private practices in the healthcare sector can transform patient care delivery in an ever-changing healthcare environment. We specialize in a unique concierge medical billing approach and specialize in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Internal Medicine, and Functional Medicine.

We are seeking experienced medical billers who are comfortable doing every aspect of RCM (claim submission, denial management, payment posting, strategy sessions, and more). This role requires a type-A personality with an incredible work ethic, attention to detail, super star communication, and experience in private practice medical billing preferably with OT/PT/SLP.

This is a full-time role and must be comfortable handling coding, billing, authorizations, eligibility, and supporting private practices in the Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy sector. Wellness Works Medical Billing currently seeking medical coding and billing professional with 10 years of medical billing and full revenue cycle expertise. This role is for an account manager medical biller that handles the full revenue cycle process for different clinic accounts that we support as an extension of their team.

We work out of the following EMRS:

• Fusion Web Clinic EMR (Pediatric OT/PT/SLP Therapy EMR)
• Rain Tree EMR (OT/PT/SLP/ABA)
• Advanced MD
• Kareo

Please be advised of the following:

• This role is full-time and daytime hours in which we are seeking employees who are reliable, reside in Tampa Bay region and open to come into the office as needed although can earn ability to work remote.
• You must be available M-F in mornings and daytime east coast hours
• We are a billing agency so this is only W-2 employees being considered
• Our ideal candidates bring strong expertise in the niche of pediatric speech therapy and pediatric occupational therapy revenue cycle management inclusive of coding audits, coding education, contract negotiation, operational best practices, and more.
• Our ideal candidate is AAPC certified

Expertise Preferred:

• AAPC Certified Biller (PREFERRED)
• Strong work retention (average 3-5 years of employment for every place you have worked)
• 10 years of outpatient private practice medical billing experience with 5 years of outpatient pediatric speech therapy revenue cycle management expertise (PREFERRED)
