Description:

This position is for a Pump Mechanic within an industrial pump repair shop. The role will require candidates to troubleshoot, breakdown, repair and rebuild industrial pumps.

• Repair pump or other rotating equipment in pump repair facility or customer plant locations.
• Mechanically and electrically troubleshoot, inspect, and test pumps at specified job worksites.
• Primary worksites include pump repair centers with occasional customer in-field work sites
• Perform pre-testing, disassembly, cleaning, in process inspection, machining, lapping, painting, assembly, testing, and final inspection on various types of pumps and other rotating equipment.
• Obtain all site specific and safety related training to perform pump repair services.

1-3 year's previous pump repair experience desired; experience with hydraulics helpful, but not required.
