As a growing national company, Threshold Brands is recruiting for a Marketing Manager within Plumbing Heating Paramedics (PHP), a division located in Noblesville, IN. PHP is a trusted residential Plumbing and Heating business with over 12 years of experience. PHP is a franchisor of businesses which provide plumbing and heating/cooling services to residential homes, but also has a thriving company store business. The role of Marketing Manager is responsible for providing marketing support to new and existing franchise owners as well as to our corporate company store.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consult with franchisees on developing and executing their marketing plans to help drive leads and brand awareness within their markets.
• Develop marketing plans for the corporate store.
• Serves as the main marketing contact for franchise locations to answer questions and provide
• Contract negotiation
• Acts as liaison between locations and the Franchise Support Center to provide feedback and identify franchisee needs.
• Conducts marketing onboarding and training for new franchise locations, as well as provids post-launch
• Manages a communications calendar with monthly/quarterly marketing updates and best practices
• Helps drive adoption of marketing tools and services among franchisees
• Train’s locations on effective grassroots marketing programs such as local events
• Presents webinars to franchise owners when necessary
• Works with agencies to analyze performance of local marketing programs
• Responsible for driving brand reputation score goals
• Maintains territory database for lead routing
• Collaborates with agency partners to provide local marketing support
• Monitors local social media for brand compliance
• Handles other duties as assigned, including but not limited to providing marketing support to other departments when needed, processing monthly invoices, and generating KPI reports

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 5+ years of marketing experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. MS/MA a plus.
• Coaching and influencing skills
• Marketing experience in a franchise organization, specifically in home Plumbing and HVAC preferred
• Knowledge of marketing principles, methods, and practices
• Strong project management skills and ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task
• Strong business writing and phone skills
• Event experience a plus
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible/open to change
• Organized and effective time manager
• Travel up to 33%
