Description:
We are looking for a collaborative and process driven individual to join our growing company here at Akeso Occupational Health. The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will be involved in aspects of due diligence on future acquisitions and de novos, business analysis, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and various other ad-hoc needs. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager of FP&A will take the lead on weekly/monthly KPI reporting, month-end and quarterly board deck preparation, and proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue optimization. The individual must be willing to “roll-up” sleeves in a dynamic growing environment via de novo and acquisitions.
Requirements:
Compiles and analyzes weekly/monthly KPI reporting dashboards to the Management Team
- Performs financial analysis of balance sheets and income statements to identify opportunities to improve financial performance and cash flow
- Prepare succinct and clear executive presentations that simplify complex topics, often with time sensitive deliverables
- Assists in the management of the annual financial budget and updates forecasts based on the changing dynamics of the organization
- Become an expert on Akeso’s business model and financial drivers
- Identify and support the implementation of a business intelligence and dashboard tool
- Manages waterfall analysis and record revenue in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Assume role of project manager on performing due diligence on all mergers, acquisitions, and de novo locations
- Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
- Manage consolidation and identifies potential cost synergies for vendors upon acquisition of new acquisitions/facilities
- Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
- Works on special projects, as requested, and assists others as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Healthcare revenue recognition experience highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 7+ years of experience preferred with 5+ years of experience in a FP&A role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to analyze issues and suggest solutions, and see obstacles through to resolution

The base salary is determined on the candidate's education, qualifications, and experience, and is subject to change based on various internal and external factors.
