Maintenance Supervisor and also Maintenance Tech's Needed ASAP in Indianapolis area!!!!!
Direct Hire Position paying $17-$20/hr. depending on experience
SUMMARY STATEMENT
Performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve quality and value of the facility in accordance with Company's policies and procedures.
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Percentage of time spent on each function
10% Complete small roof repairs as needed, clean and test for clear drainage of all downspouts, gutters and overflow scuppers. Inspect flashing for joint separation.
50% Perform specific plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry, and appliance repair in accordance with company standards, and in conjunction with the management staff.
15% Ensure that assigned turnover renovations and maintenance service requests are complete in appropriate manner.
15% Complete and maintain unit maintenance files, inventory of tools and equipment.
10% Identify and communicate safety hazards to the Resident Manager. Comply with hazardous materials regulations.
