Maintenance Superintendent

To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

• Directs facilities and equipment maintenance personnel.
• Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies for the facility and maintenance group.
• Establish, monitor, and adjust work procedures to meet production goals and maximize equipment uptime.

This full-time, salary role is a part of our Maintenance Team and reports to the Technical Services Manager.

Required experience:

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) from four-year college or university in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Technology with 7 plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Weld Assembly Equipment, Robotics (Fanuc), and Stamping Presses. Journeymen's card preferred.
• Strong Hands-on aptitude to Problem Solving capability.
