We need a strong Program Management leader to drive the logistics teams, our vendors, and business partners around our logistics productivity pipeline. You will work across all Honeywell businesses and with our external partners to continuously improve the productivity we can deliver to Honeywell and our customers in the logistics space. We have transformed our technology stack and comprehensive data sources with a strong bias towards internal software and analytics capabilities. A successful candidate will carry the torch to drive the productivity program and the further development of our toolset.
The role is based in Charlotte, NC, and reports to the head of logistics at Honeywell.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Logistics productivity program management across all Honeywell businesses
  • Establish targets, build optimal connections, and deliver on our short a long-term Logistics cost goals
  • Motivate teams and engage in the details to break barriers for rapid closure
  • Partner with internal and external customers to simplify problems and develop and deploy our new intelligence tools and consoles
  • Ownership and evolution of executive reporting productivity dashboards and forums
  • Drive team excellence and talent retention
  • Lead to a 1st principals culture accelerating innovation and transformation
  • Quickly become a subject matter expert in our technology stack, data sources, and current and future tools to enable each subsequent projects to require less effort

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree
  • The ability to travel globally (<20%) to maximize project speed and work on-site with Honeywell’s current 3/2 US Policy
  • Supply chain or logistics-specific background is preferred, but rapid learners with a strong aptitude for high achievement when managing complex processes, systems, and global priorities are welcome. You will become a top global expert in logistics and trade in less than two years.

    BI, Python, and SQL skills
