Regional Health Services Specialist
Ideal candidates will reside in Southern CA! Assisted living clinical experience is preferred. They must have a valid CA LVN license in good standing.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Health Services Specialist, who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
The Regional Health Services Specialist is a licensed nurse responsible for managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the assigned communities to ensure resident’s healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensure quality care as resident’s healthcare needs change. Supervises licensed nurses and other direct care team members within the community. Strengthens clinical processes within the community until a replacement is identified, then supports newly assigned Health Services Director. Travels within the organization to support the management of vacant positions, startup communities, vacations/leave of absences, etc.
Qualifications:
Salary range: $100k-$110k
