Lawn Care Specialist

Location: Brownsville, TX or RGV

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing lawn maintenance services to our residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the lawns are healthy, green, and manicured.

Responsibilities:

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing leaves
• Fertilizing, aerating, and seeding lawns
• Pruning shrubs and bushes
• Monitoring lawn health and diagnosing issues
• Operating and maintaining lawn care equipment
• Communicating with clients on services provided and recommendations
• Maintaining accurate records of services provided and materials used
• Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and lawn care techniques

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred
• Familiarity with lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, including fertilizing and seeding
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Prior experience driving with a trailer is preferred.
• Bilingual preferred
