Responsibilities:
Develop and implement landscape architecture projects from concept to completion, including site analysis, master planning, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that projects meet the client's needs, budget, and schedule.
Conduct site visits, analyze site conditions, and develop design solutions that address environmental, social, and economic factors.
Prepare and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and models, to clients and stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that construction work meets design specifications and quality standards.
Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and design trends to enhance the firm's capabilities and competitiveness.
Mentor and train junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge in landscape architecture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) certification preferred.
3+ years of experience in landscape architecture, landscape design, or related field.
Strong design skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles, stormwater management, and plant materials.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
