Job Description
Challenge:
- Information and knowledge documents are housed in multiple SharePoint, Teams, and one drives.
- A significant amount of time is spent looking for documents and assessing if the document is the most current version.
Scope of work:
- Assess options for set up of knowledge and information library. Create library.
- Curate current available documents and transfer to new set up.
- Create process for management and future growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional environment.
- Knowledge of teams & SharePoint.
- Experience with document control.
- Ability to assess information and curate content.
- Ability to write knowledge documents.
Impact:
- Organization of knowledge and information documents will allow the strategy team to quickly access information and provide faster response time to our stakeholders.
- Curation will ensure we are referencing the most current and relevant information to provide accurate guidance.
- Management of our information will also help bring to light continuous improvement opportunities.
Structure:
This role will be 80% remote. 20% of time will be spent in-person at our Chesterfield, MO site.
