Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking and responsible Human Resources Generalist to assist in all aspects of employee management for a rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as an aptitude for leadership. The right person for this position will have compassion for our employees, and a willingness to go the extra mile to create a caring work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Complete onboarding process
• Find and Recruit Employees
• Decide how to handle employee issues.
• Review company employment policies and make recommendations for changes.
• Develop, administer, and evaluate employee training programs.
• Select, assess, and train employees.

Please note you must have at least 3 years of experience in HR management
