Responsible for all areas of HR including: talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, document maintenance, and workman's compensation.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting is at least 25% of this role
  • Screen candidates and schedule interviews
  • Onboard training and process new hires
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy personnel information
  • Verify I-9's using E-Verify
  • Track and maintain employee vacation / sick leave
  • Employee relations and guidance
  • Turnover tracking
  • Affirmative Action Plan tracking
  • OSHA compliance and participation in safety committee
  • Family Medical Leave compliance (FMLA)
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor/ HR Laws
  • Employee benefit administration
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
  • Other duties as assigned

Must have working knowledge of HR laws and regulations; familiarity with HR information systems.
Prefer PHR and/or SHRM-CP, and familiarity with ITAR and OFCCP compliance.
