Job Description
Responsible for all areas of HR including: talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, document maintenance, and workman's compensation.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Recruiting is at least 25% of this role
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews
- Onboard training and process new hires
- Maintain electronic and hard copy personnel information
- Verify I-9's using E-Verify
- Track and maintain employee vacation / sick leave
- Employee relations and guidance
- Turnover tracking
- Affirmative Action Plan tracking
- OSHA compliance and participation in safety committee
- Family Medical Leave compliance (FMLA)
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor/ HR Laws
- Employee benefit administration
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Other duties as assigned
Must have working knowledge of HR laws and regulations; familiarity with HR information systems.
Prefer PHR and/or SHRM-CP, and familiarity with ITAR and OFCCP compliance.
