Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Partners and collaborates with line management and executive teams and other functional areas to proactively address business issues related to workforce development and productivity.
  • Responsibilities include providing advice and counsel on multiple initiatives (such as workforce optimization) and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues.
  • Through partnering with other HR functions, deploy and execute HR programs (such as compensation, benefits, workforce diversity) and strategy.
  • HR experience in a consulting firm preferred.
If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $129,120 to $258,240 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 12+ years of HR experience
  • Proven ability to sponsor and lead complex strategic projects
  • Ability to analyze and represent information and strategy with strong excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Ability to present to all levels within an organization

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • SPHR helpful
