Wage: $25.32 to $36.61, DOE

As part of the Human Resource team, the HR Generalist will be responsible for employee engagement initiatives throughout the employment life cycle. This includes identifying and performing strategic recruitment activities to attract and enthuse qualified candidates, continued by creating fun and meaningful recognition programs and activities, and up to celebrating years of service and retirement.

Qualifications:

At least one year managing all phases of the recruitment and onboarding process required, healthcare recruiting preferred
Experience with employee engagement initiatives required
Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred
SHRM or PHR certifications a plus
