Function
This position is a key leadership position for regional production divisions and is a key member of the production leadership team, referred to as “Production Team One”. This person is responsible for building and maintaining a healthy culture and successful production division. This leader will communicate company initiatives, strategies, vision, and processes to their local staff. This person will lead and oversee a team of production associates responsible for delivering entertainment experiences in alignment with our core values; committed, resilience, selfless, and tactful. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Production.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide leadership in regional production division; by mentoring, coaching, managing conflicts, and establishing goals
Ensure implemented processes are being followed by all departments and staff to maintain operational consistency
Develop and maintain a positive overall culture in associated division
Assist local leadership teams in developing individual employee goals and expectations
Help to lead the charge locally in eliminating divisional lines
Manage local division to maintain established budget
Directly communicate any problems, issues, and successes back to production Team One and the Vice President of Production
Responsible for overall staffing picture execution in regional division (Hiring, terminations, etc)
Spearhead building improvements in regards to design, contracting, and seeking approval from the Executive Team
Aim to achieve quarterly and annual KPI's set by the Executive Team
Make day-to-day decisions to benefit local division
Serve as the "on call" building manager as emergencies arise
Track and oversee IT needs for the building and team and pursue resolution for them accordingly
Work with the Safety Coordinator and Warehouse Management to ensure that the building is up to safety code and safety rules are enforced
Oversee divisions overall execution of taking, filling, QCing, and storing orders and equipment
Other duties as assigned by Clearwing leadership
